In compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to state that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company was held on Friday, 30th September, 2022. In this regard we wish to submit with your esteemed exchange the proceedings of the AGM of the Members of the Company pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III (Part A) (13) and any other applicable provisions of SEBI Regulations, 2015 as Annexure.
