BALMER LAWRIE & CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on 31st Dec, 2020.<BR> <BR> We hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') will be held on Monday, 08th Feb, 2021, to, inter-alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter ended on 31st Dec, 2020 (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee).<BR> Further to our intimation dated 29th Dec, 2020, it may be noted that as per the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons', framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) the 'Trading Window' of the Company which has been closed for 'Designated Persons' and 'Insider' from Friday, 1st Jan, 2021 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid Board meeting and the information becomes generally available.
