BARAK VALLEY CEMENTS LTD. - Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Barak Valley Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un -Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the BVCL Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity shares by the Directors/ Promoters/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from February 07, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
