In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Company has received a communication dated 22.10.2020, from the Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, informing that the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Renuka Gera as Director (IS&P), BHEL with effect from the date of her assumption of charge of the post on or after 01.12.2020, till the date of her superannuation (31.08.2023) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
