Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> The Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report, declaration on modified on Auditors' Report is attached for your records.<BR> <BR> 2. The 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2020 will be held on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at 1 PM through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') and Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 22nd December, 2020 to Tuesday, 29th December, 2020 (both days inclusive).<BR>
