Considered and approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results prepared under Ind-AS for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditor thereon; These results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and take on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting.
