CIPLA LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015), we hereby notify that Cipla Limited has subscribed to 5% equity shares (on a fully diluted basis) of Swasth Digital Health Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation, with an aim to leverage digital technologies and build healthcare tech infrastructure.<BR> <BR> The requisite details under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - I to this letter.
