DLF LTD. - Updates

DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has on August 11, 2015, pursuant to a shelf information memorandum cum private placement offer letter and pricing supplement dated August 10, 2015, allotted 12.25% privately placed fully-paid non-convertible debentures of a principal amount of Rs. 1,000 crores, redeemable for cash at par in separate series within a period of 5 years from the date of allotment. These debentures are proposed to be secured by certain immovable assets of a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF Limited, and are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited, in accordance with the terms of applicable law, corporate approvals, transaction documents and other relevant considerations.
