The Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Tarundeep Singh (DIN: 08121654) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. 2. The Board of Directors has approved the Cost Audit Report submitted by Ms. Anju Pardesi Practicing Cost Accountant of the Company as on 31st March,2024 .
