With reference to the subject mentioned above and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report pursuant to Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2023 since the paid up equity share capital is not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth is not exceeding rupees twenty-five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e March, 31, 2022.
