In furtherance to a communication with Exchange on September 16, 2024 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 wrt to appointment of CS Anand Parab as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. September 27, 2024. Due to unavoidable circumstances the effective date of appointment of CS Anand Parab as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer is changed to October 01, 2024.
