Finaventure Capital Ltd has informed BSE that Change in designation of Mr. Rajendra Kamat, Non Executive Chairman of the Company vacated the post as the Non Executive Chairman but will continue as a Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 16, 2015.
