IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, read with Company Code of conduct to regulate, monitor & report Trading by Designated Person and their immediate relative , the trading window in respect of dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st oct 2024 to the 48 hours from the announcement of financial results for the quater and half year ended September 30th 2024.
