This Corrigendum is been issued with reference to the Notice of 31st Annual General Meeting scheduled on Saturday, 28th September, 2024 at 04:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing Mode. Addition has been made to sub point 4 & 5 of Item no. 05 in the explanatory statement of the Notice. The Corrigendum should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with the AGM Notice, except as detailed in this corrigendum, all other terms and contents of the AGM Notice dated 31st August, 2024 shall remain unchanged.
