Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Greenply Industries Limited ('Company') at its meeting held today on 30th May, 2023: 1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Prashant Shukla, Chartered Accountant as the Internal Auditor of the Company with effect from 30th May 2023 in place of Mr. Gourav Chowdhary, who has resigned from the Company. 2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Girish Bhatia as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2023-2024.
