GUJARAT INVESTA LTD. - Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 02nd November, 2021 has appointed Mrs. Hinisha Patel, as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02nd November, 2021 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
