HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Companys Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 02, 2014 to October 17, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall reopen from the start of the business hours on October 18, 2014.
