Hemisphere Properties India Ltd - Approval Of Layout For Bhokhel Land In Pune.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Municipal Authorities, Pune Maharashtra, vide its letter dated 25.09.2024 has tentatively approved the layout including the FSI of the amenity plots for Bhopkhel land in Pune. Also, No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Company is given for the auctioning the land as per sanctioned layout.
