HERO MOTOCORP LTD. - Board to consider Final Dividend

Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 5,2016 as intimated vide letter dated April 28, 2016 the Board of Directors of the Company shall be also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year ended 2015-16 in addition to approval of audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.
