HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD. - Sale of shares in subsidiary

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that HCC Concessions Ltd, subsidiary of the Company and the infrastructure development arm of the HCC Group, has completed 74% stake sale of Nirmal BOT Ltd., its annuity project in Andhra Pradesh to Highway Concession One Pvt. Ltd., an entity majorly held by IDFC Alternatives managed India Infrastructure Fund. Consequently Nirmal BOT Ltd ceased to be a subsidiary of HCC Concessions Ltd and Hindustan Construction Company Ltd.
