Hypersoft Technologies Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that the trading window closure period pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company will commence from 1st April, 2024 and end 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st March, 2024 (both days inclusive).
