IDFC LIMITED - Grant of Stock Options under ESOS

IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that on July 21, 2014, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employees 2,00,000 options equivalent to 2,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 163.95 per equity share.
