In terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st April, 2021 for Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives.<BR> <BR> The Trading Window will open 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2021. <BR>
