IKF Finance Ltd has submitted to BSE a Copy of Letter of Offer for Delisting of Equity Shares to the Public Shareholders of IKF Finance Ltd ("Target Company") by Mr. V G K Prasad, Ms. Indira Devi Vupputuri, Ms. Vasumathi Devi Koganti and Ms. Vasantha Lakshmi Devineni, members of the promoter and promoter group of IKF Finance Limited ("Acquirers").
