ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Delisting offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Public Announcement (Public Announcement) is being issued by Mr. V G K Prasad, Ms. Indira Devi Vupputuri, Ms. Vasumathi Devi Koganti and Ms. Vasantha Lakshmi Devineni, members of the promoter and promoter group of IKF Finance Limited, pursuant to Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended (Delisting Regulations), to the public shareholders of IKF Finance Ltd ("Target Company") in respect of the proposed acquisition and voluntary delisting of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Target Company in accordance with the Delisting Regulations (Delisting Offer).
