With regards to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulations 30, 33 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Liquidator of IMP Powers Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, have inter alia, considered and approved: 1. The Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024; 2. The Limited Review Reports on Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results adopted and approved by the Liquidator for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024, Limited Review Reports thereon along with the Statement of Impact of audit qualifications are attached herewith for your perusal.
