IMP POWERS LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Liquidator of the Company at its meeting held today, has approved appointment of Directors w.e.f. September 11, 2024 consequent to the issuance of Sale Certificate to the Successful Bidder and as per the request letter dated 10.09.2024 (For induction of new Directors of Successful Bidder on the Board of IMP Powers Ltd.) received from the Successful Bidder of the Company.
