Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Half Year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 the Trading Window will remain closed from November 06, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (inclusive of both the days).
