JBM AUTO LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement with Sandhar Technologies Limited for the purchase of 2,00,000 equity shares of INDO Toolings Private Limited ("Joint Venture Company") on the terms and conditions as specified in the Share Purchase Agreement dated 9th October, 2020.<BR> <BR> The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/IR/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in<BR> "Annexure l" (enclosed).
