JSW Energy Ltd - Q3 results rescheduled on Jan 23, 2017

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 09, 2017, intimating the date of the Board Meeting, JSW Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3) and to consider raising of long term funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by way of a Private Placement has been rescheduled to January 23, 2017.
