Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015 & May 30, 2015 has, noted the been continuously absence of Mr. U. R. Lahoti in the Board Meetings held by the Company periodically i.e. during the period from May 2014 till April 2015 and vacation of the Office of Director by Mr. U. R. Lahoti pursuant to Sec 167 (b) of the Companies Act, 2013.
