KANSAI NEROLAC PAINTS LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2021, inter alia, has considered and approved:<BR><BR>- Payment of interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 (125%) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid to the members on or after November 22, 2021.
