Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. Authorized Mr. Mukund Mehta, Managing Director of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the 22nd AGM of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the 22nd AGM of the Company (including e-voting) and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof.
