Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from August 06, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive as per the Code of Conduct of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
