KOHINOOR FOODS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Kohinoor Foods Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares shall remain closed from May 19, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, for declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2015, and to recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
