Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, as per the Circulars issued by the Stock Exchange(s) and as per the Company's Policy on 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 18, 2014 (both days inclusive).
