The company in order to maintain the dividend track record for over 3 decades has recommended payment of nominal final dividend at 2.5% on the equity shares of the Company out of the free reserves for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
