Leel Electricals Ltd - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

In pursuance of Regulation 30 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), Wherein the Company had conducted the 2nd Meeting of Committee of Creditors of LEEL Electricals Limited on Saturday, 31st October, 2020 at 2.30 P.M. via Video conferencing. The proposed agenda of the meeting has been deferred by the Committee of Creditors for the purpose of resolving it through E-voting System.
