Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ending on 30th September, 2023, for all the Designated Persons of the Company (including their Immediate Relatives).
