MAHINDRA LIFESPACE DEVELOPERS LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2015 has taken on record letter dated June 15, 2015, from Mr. Anil Harish, a Non-Executive Independent Director received by the Company on June 16, 2015, submitting his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company for personal reasons.<BR><BR>The Board has taken note of his resignation which shall be effective from June 16, 2015, i.e. date of receipt of the said letter by the Company.
