Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the declaration of First Interim Dividend of Re. 1 on equity share of Re. 1 each (being 100% on paid up equity share capital of Rs. 64,48,72,999) for the financial year 2014-15.
