MASTEK LTD. - Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier letter dated July 16, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Mastek Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2015, has also noted the resignation of Mr. Venkatesh Chakravarty from the Directorship of the Company under the Scheme of Arrangement on his joining the Board of Majesco Limited.
