Maxwell Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2014, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Regulation 12(1) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from November 06, 2014 till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results.
