The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their relatives as defined in code, from Tuesday 01st October 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024.
