This intimation is pertaining to clarification regarding wrongfully use of the name of Modern Insulators Limited ("the Company") by Modern Syntex (India) Limited in their public announcement dated 07th August, 2024, wherein it has described itself as" "Modern Syntex (India) Limited (Formerly known as Modern Insulators Limited) which is factually incorrect and misleading. We wish to inform our shareholders that there is no relation between the company and Modern Syntex (India) Limited.
