Moser Baer India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, has approved the Company's Strategic plans to scale up commercial operations in LED lighting products in the Solid State Lighting SBU and suitable distribution nationally.
