NATIONAL ALUMINIUM CO.LTD. - Appointment of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited, Hyderabad, has been appointed by the Company as its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for handling all matters relating to the shares (both physical as well as demat mode). The In-house Share Registry operations of the Company would be transferred to M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited in due course and in this connection, an agreement has been executed between the Company and M/s. Karvy Computershare Private Limited on January 28, 2016.
