(IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Notice of 50th AGM and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2023-24.
