NCC Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 13, 2014 have approved the appointment of Smt Renu Challu as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company.
