NESTLE INDIA LTD. - Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2017 to May 24, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on May 11, 2017.<BR><BR>The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at 58th AGM, shall be paid on and from June 02, 2017.
